State and Federal Information

In January 2022, Comexico submitted Revisions to Biological Survey Report.

In October 2021 Mining and Mineral Division submitted comments to both hydrogeological and biological survey.

In August, 2021 Comexico submitted amended version of their Hydrologic Resource Report. NMED will evaluate the amended report once results from ground water sampling have been received.

In August, 2021 Comexico released their Hydrologic Resource Report.

In August, 2021 US Forest Service released their Biological Survey Report and Biological Assessment and Evaluation for the Jones Hill Exploration Project.
